DLD 4-Pin 76% Bridgeframe Jig – PF940C

Here is the New DLD Hardware 4-Pin jig for the PF940C P80 76% Bridgeframe from Polymer 80.

No more need for TWO jigs to get through a 76% Polymer 80 bridge frame!

This PF940C jig bolts together, using the included hardware, and allows you to drill the three M3 holes, and one M4 hole to build complete the Polymer 80 Bridgeframe/76% frame. This includes the un-drilled second locking block pin hole.

These jigs should be considered single use, disposable jigs. Using the same jig in multiple frames could compromise your valuable frame. Use at your own risk.

Hardware and drill bits included.

These jigs are all USA made in the great state of Virginia using the most cutting edge additive manufacturing machines on the market for polymer. Manufactured at nearly 430° F. These jigs are solid and will fulfill their role very well with pinpoint accuracy. However, the polymer shouldn’t be used for multiple frames, just as the original red Polymer 89 jigs were intended to be single use.
