This website is operated by DLD Hardware, LLC (herein referred to as DLD Hardware). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DLD Hardware, LLC. DLD Hardware offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Prohibited Uses:
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Applicable Law:
DLD Hardware is located in Virginia. By visiting DLD Hardware you agree that the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and DLD Hardware.
Contract Changes:
DLD Hardware reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms of Service and to add new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Services. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms of Service. Your use of the Services will be deemed acceptance thereof.
Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping:
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when their order has shipped. Some items have a lead time and it is the customers responsibility to inquire about lead times before ordering an item. Items ship within 7 business days of items being available. We will only ship to your direct billing address. We do not ship outside of the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Cancellations:
All Orders are non-cancellable. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. It is the customers responsibility to contact DLD Hardware with any questions prior to placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to understand that lead times are an estimate and can change outside of the control of DLD Hardware.
Credit Card High Dollar Amount Delay:
In an ongoing effort to combat fraud, when the customer places an order with a credit card for an amount exceeding $1000, DLD Hardware may place the order on hold until the funds are cleared from the payment processor (approximately 2-3 days). Once funds have cleared, items will ship within 7 business days of items being available.
Returns:
It is the policy of DLD Hardware not to accept returns. In the event that returns are accepted, at the sole discretion of DLD Hardware, then the returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and its original packaging and is sent with a valid RMA number. RMA numbers may be given out via email and must be included for anything to be returned. RMA numbers may be given out at the sole discretion of DLD Hardware on a case by case basis, per our warranty information. RMA’s can be requested by emailing info@dldhardware.com.
Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds because an item is no longer wanted. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm product information with DLD Hardware before ordering. In the event that refunds are accepted, it will be at the sole discretion of DLD Hardware.
Refused Shipments:
All sales are final. Refused shipments will not be considered a valid return consistent with DLD Hardware’s return policy contained herein. If a shipment is refused there will be a 20% restocking fee on any and all shipments refused.
